I just can't forget the memories while you were with us
I sacrifice my time and money just to make you feel accompanied

Sometimes you were left alone for days
and sometimes you were without food
but I know I cant wait to be home

You were always on our footstep when we step into the house
Then I would carry you
hug you
and even kissed you

Its such a joy to have you around
at least I have a friend at home
waiting for me to get home
waiting for me to pamper you

but tragedy happened
you got seriously ill
we don't know what to do
we gave you food on ur favourite plate

but u ignore the temptation
i know you never resist them
we know how much you love meal times
but there is something wrong with you

you lay there unmoved
u cant even roll your eyeballs
we did everything to save you
what wrong did i do to deserve this?

we got worried over you
everynight i would stay up just to see how you are doing
touch you and make you comfortable
but to no avail
you can't move much
you are getting seriously ill

that night was our last goodbye
everyone was in grief
we knew you time is up
but we wish we could have more time to cherish your presence

it was your last breathe
we tried to give you some water
but this time you really didnt respond
your body was already cold

but your mouth still trying to move
and we heard you say something
only we wish that we could understand you
I guess that you were trying to say goodbye

Everyone rolled their tears down
hoping that this is not a goodbye
then your mouth stops shaking
we heard your very last breathe

I couldn't dare to look at you
looking at you would make me spiritless
it was the lowest point in my life
i've never teared so much in my life

we've been together for 9 years
and 4 years since your last breathe
I want to be with you forever
I still want to hug you with your furry hair
